| Incorporation Certificate sent via email in PDF and Printed |
| Once your Company is registered Companies House issue a Company Registration Certificate, immediately following registration the Certificate is emailed direct to you in PDF format. Printed incorporation certificate is usually posted out with 48 business hours. |
| Memorandum of Association sent via email in PDF and Printed |
| All UK limited by shares company registrations come with model memorandum, this official document which can never be altered and lists the initial shareholders who agree to become a member of the company and to take at least one share each. The Money Laundering Regulations came into force on the 1st March 2008 and place us (as well as any other person, firm or company who provides “by way of business…services in relation to the formation, operation or management of a company or a trust…”) under a lot more strict obligations concerning how and with whom we conduct our business. The practical effects are as follows:-

Picture ID – Passport, Drivers licence etc

These Regulations, though, are very clear, very strict and impose very heavy penalties upon any person deemed to be non-compliant, stretching quickly to custodial sentencing. |
